Through discussion and several meditations we will explore the power of sound therapy for developing optimal physical health, psychological well-being and spiritual elevation. 

Our discussion will include: 
How sound therapy works
Understanding vibrations
The effects of sound -- including chanting, leading to our exploration of the work of Michael Tyrell, creator of Wholetones.
Additionally- there will be several sound meditations at various points during the workshop.
