Healing has many roads and the potential pitfalls can seem like many.  This workshop has you learn and practice several techniques that lighten the load that you carry in any circumstance on the way to the even better you.  So tied in are your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical needs that an imbalance in even 1 area can have a domino effect even when you can't clearly see it.  Maintaining and fostering the ties in your life that are good and great while diminishing and removing the power from that which has never or no longer serves you is key.
